The breakfast buffet provided a variety of fresh options. The staff accommodated a late checkout. I appreciated their understanding regarding flight issues.
The hotel lacked atm. I needed to walk a distance to find one.

long check-in poor food quality
the staff were helpful at the pool and beach it was good.
the food quality was not good the asian grill was not great. check in took a long time it took 30 minutes. it was the same again when leaving and i had my child with me then.

Excellent Service and Amenities
great detail helpful staff comfortable bed
I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel. I also found the staff to be consistently helpful. The room had fast WiFi and many USB outlets bedside. I could easily stream to the TV. The beds are indeed very comfortable.
I wanted to eat dinner outside. I noticed the available tables were too low. These tables are more appropriate for coffee or cocktails. Eating at table height would have been better.

The breakfast had a large selection, providing many options. The restaurant manager was very accommodating to all guests. I found the coffee to be delicious during breakfast.
